Emergency plumber: your questions
What counts as an emergency?
Anything that's causing damage or leaving you without water, heating or a working toilet: burst pipes, active leaks, flooding, overflowing tanks and total loss of hot water in cold weather.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. Once the engineer has seen the problem they'll explain what's needed and what it will cost before any work begins.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We can describe the fault and the repair in writing and keep photos of the work, which insurers usually ask for.
