If you let a property in Scotland, the gas appliances must be checked every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and the tenant must receive a copy of the Landlord Gas Safety Record.
We carry out the checks, tell you straight away about anything that needs attention and provide the paperwork. We'll also service the boiler in the same visit.
